  100. Type "ISRAEL" (without quotes) then press [ENTER].

  102. Make sure that IF the program is being run from a floppy diskette that
  103. the user change default drives (e.g., type "A:" if program is on drive
  104. A:).  The program must be started from the same directory/drive where the
  105. program is located (e.g.,if the program is on B:, you must be at a B:>
  106. prompt to run the program).
